Tom has been part of our Good Shepherd Family since 2010 bringing with him over 30 years of experience in leading churches towards growth and success. With a profound passion for organizational change and church development, Tom’s primary focus lies in fostering discipleship and enabling the sharing of the good news and joy of Jesus. Tom and his wife, Jane, have been married for 33 years, have two adult daughters, Morgan & Lauren, and four grandchildren.

Our Church Council

At Good Shepherd, our congregation elects a Church Council to serve alongside our Lead Pastor to oversee and shepherd our church. Together they hold spiritual, missional, financial, and operational oversight of Good Shepherd, to the end that everything be done in accordance with the Word of God and the faith and practice of the Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ.
